Historic adaptive re-use of the old Chase City High School into 26 senior apartment units. The development was the recipient of the following awards:

• Innovation in Affordable Housing Award, Fifth District Housing Conference
• Farmer's Home Administration Section 515 Development of the Year Award, Rural Rental Housing of Virginia Conference
• Renaissance Merit Award, Remodeling magazine
